Liquid Flowmeters
Pfening provides a full range of systems to accurately meter oils, syrups, sucrose, honey, etc. It can operate as a standalone utilizing the K3 controller, or it can be integrated with a master control & batching system.
Water Dosing Systems
Pfening water dosing systems are designed to ensure the weight and temperature meet production requirements.
Pfening's Mark IH, Mark IIH, and Mark VH flowmeters provide accuracy and repeatability. These meters accommodate a wide range of applications and can operated from Pfening’s K3 controller or integrated with the customer’s master control and batching system.
The Pfening EBM 6
The Pfening EBM 6 water dosing system provides automatic, accurate metering and temperature blending. For draws of 50 lbs. and greater, the system operates in a Zero-Waste fashion, as no water needs to be dumped to drain to meet the required temperature. Likewise, this system can be integrated into a master control and batching system.
Model K3 Flowmeter
The Model K3 standalone flowmeter controller is built on a micro PLC platform and can be used with Pfening Mark IH, Mark IIH, and Mark VH meters, as well as many other meter brands and types.
